The Slacker
Well, the SLOWEST driver on the McMeekin Brothers Racing Team is JANE - top speed a measly 147.536. Ken took another run at 156.969, so the brain trust decided that this stupid engine isn't going to go any faster!The rest of the team is packing up the car & the trailer as I write this blog (in the air conditioned van) - so I will probably try to drag this out as long as I can. :)
The car wash in Wendover is our next destination today. Tomorrow we are heading up to Jackson, WY for a much deserved R&R - then we will head home. Our plan is to get to Westerville on Monday or Tuesday.
Thanks to everyone who has followed our progress or lack thereof. As they say on the salt "there is always next year!"
